The Kanata 90s Lightning will be playing in the OYSL
for the summer 2005 season.
Our comprehensive long term development program will now be combined with a chance to play in the top league available to EODSA players and the opportunity to participate in a sponsored training/tournament trip to Austria and Hungary in July/2005.
Tryouts are ongoing to join our winter development sessions for dedicated players looking to reach their potential.
Our present schedule
Monday: SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness) training with
Parmar Sports Training staff. |
Wednesday: SAQ and technical skills training with
Kanata Lightning coaching and Parmar Sports Training staff.
Keeper Training with staff keeper coach. |
| Friday: Team Tactical Training. Keeper Training with staff keeper coach. |
Saturday: Exhibition and Intra-squad games against selected opponents.
